I am a freelance reporter and 2010 Peter Jennings Project fellow who currently writes weekly exclusives and monthly features for QSR Magazine. Before earning my MSJ from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism in December 2009, I covered Miami-Dade County schools for the Miami SunPost and managed teachdade.com, a news and opinion site focused on the Dade County school system.

As a student and working journalist, I have reported on various subjects, including business, architecture, restaurants, education, trade shows, tourism and health care (click HERE to view a selection of my clips by topic).
